
SIKO is a Czech family-owned company, the largest specialist in bathrooms and kitchens, with a range of more than 50,000 products. The company was plagued by inefficient inventory management and sales planning, which resulted in lower availability of key products in stores and high stock levels in warehouses, especially in high season.
Thanks to efficient inventory management, we reduced the value of seasonal inventory by CZK 40 million year-on-year.
After the implementation of our inventory management solution, the availability of items increased from 97% to 98.5%. This indicator is directly related to the reduction of inventory in the current assortment, which brought the necessary warehouse capacity to stock new items.
