We developed a model of the current state and prepared various options for changes in the distribution. We supplemented each scenario with feasibility study and impact on key indicators. The right choice of distribution strategy has positive impact on the speed of implementation, the company’s competitiveness and logistics costs and can affect them by 80%. This guarantees the ability to flexibly respond to changes and prevents risks with consequences in the the order of millions of crowns.
