
Bonavita, a leading Czech-owned family food company, is in the business of production and sale of nutritious food products of all types. Bonavita contacted us with the request to help them design a new central warehouse.
Logistics strategy fully under control and in agreement with company goals.
In a pre-project analysis of their storage procedures, we recognized that the original proposal – the construction of a new central warehouse – was short-sighted and would not cover the company’s future capacity requirements. So we came up with several possible models of a logistics strategy for the next 10 years. Our recommendation was to move away from the original idea of a new warehouse and instead use more versatile outsourcing logistics services for export. This option was the only one that met the real needs arising from the planned business goals of Bonavita in a long-term horizon.
