Málo místa ve skladu? Optimalizujte!
Náš konzultant Martin Chalupa sepsal pro jedno z čísel magazínu Logistika komentář na téma optimalizace skladových prostor.
Prague, April 26, 2023 – Logio, a leader in Supply Chain Management, joins Czech-German investment group ABRA Holding, which focuses on technology investments and connecting top software companies in Central Europe. Logio supplies its services to major companies such as Škoda Auto, Plzeňský Prazdroj, Rohlík, DM drogerie and Albert. ABRA Holding’s extensive investments and technological know-how will strengthen Logio’s product development and expansion into European markets.
Logio has been on the market for over twenty years and plans to expand to Western markets in cooperation with ABRA Holding. “In the first phase, we will focus on improving the product to meet the needs of German-speaking countries and will later expand to other European countries. In the mid-term, we expect to generate over 50% of our business in countries outside the Czech Republic,” Marek Šucha, CEO and co-owner Logio, explains the company’s plans.
In recent years, Logio has often worked for foreign clients or multinational enterprises, typically in the automotive, FMCG and production planning segments. The company would now like to focus more on expanding and acquiring its first contracts abroad. “Finding efficiency in retail management or production planning is a never-ending process, and we realize that an immense space to grow beyond the Czech Republic has opened up before us,” adds Jan Jirovec, Sales Director and co-owner of Logio. “The background of a strong partner will also allow us to finalize and fine-tune our solutions on a global level,” he concludes.
With this large-scale investment, ABRA Holding will acquire a 75% stake in Logio, but its governance will remain in the hands of the current management. “We have a shared vision of the future, which is essential in our selection of partners. What’s more, Logio products and services organically evolve our group’s portfolio,” says Jaroslav Řasa, CEO and co-owner of ABRA Holding. “For Logio, the merger means new possibilities and opportunities in acquiring customers,” he adds. Logio will strengthen the product portfolio, which already includes the legendary ABRA Software, a leader in corporate information systems. The group also includes INEKON SYSTEMS, a specialist in Business Intelligence, and FLORES software solutions.
“With over 30 years of professional expertise, we connect amazing teams, applications, technologies and investments in the heart of Europe to deliver exceptional customer benefits. We love IT, we care about technology, and we understand them. We’re not just financial investors. We’re creating a big thing,” adds Monika Vondráková, Vice President of ABRA Holding.
