
GRUPO ANTOLIN TURNOV is the main supplier of interior systems for cars of various manufacturers and types. Its production is organized according to project orders and specializes in door, ceiling and other interior systems. The customer approached us to help them with the start-up of a new production, which was at risk of missing the deadline due to lack of human resource capacity.
The smooth start of production on the originally planned date was the main goal of our joint cooperation.
Thanks to our crisis management, we successfully managed to complete the preparation and then the actual implementation and execution of the new logistics concept. To validate our design, we used the digital twin tool, which allows us to see the production project in progress before the actual implementation. In this way, we verified the functionality of the model and at the same time avoided potential risks that could have appeared only when production started.
